Hand beaded tassels are from Uzbekistan and the Turkoman regions. They were made to embellish the entries to the Bedouin tents, the celebration costumes of the women or the harness for their working horses but add a fun and interesting feature when hung from cupboard door keys, from lamps or placed in a bowl - just some ideas.  Each piece is unique.
